I'm grateful that I haven't argued with my partner today because I'm hypo and he just irritates me at the moment.

I wasn't feeling particularly grateful today. Actually, I was kind of blahh and feeling a bit down. Then I remembered that I could practice being grateful or I could practice being ungrateful. I have been practicing being ungrateful and taking everything for granted too much recently.

I feel lighter and less burdened when I practice being grateful. I forget...

But I remembered again today!

I am grateful for this thread!

Best wishes to all in these challenging times!

1I feel gratitude for my understanding, thoughtful compatible home caregiver. I find her caring ( no pun intended) interesting and most important easy to talk to. 2Feeling gratitude toward new drugs and a vaccine that is 90 % affective against COVID. I feel this is fabulous news for everyone with the virus. 3My supportive family and friends 4 A woman friend is recovering well from gall bladder surgery. 5 A different woman friend cateract surgery went rather well. She recovered fast and can see so much better. Really happy for her and my other woman friend.

I am grateful for Rick who brought this thread back to life. It is the perfect time of year for it.

I am grateful for the class I am taking. It has offered some helpful insight and I appreciate looking at things in a new way.

I am grateful for my husband. He is going through a lot at the moment and he does it all with bravery and grace. He inspires me.

I was thinking about this thread yesterday...I'm grateful for my little apartment. It's just the right size for my cats and I. I can keep it tidy and decorate it without feeling overwhelmed.

I am grateful for my husband. He did something very difficult this week that has the potential to do great things for our family. He is brave and a strong role model for my children.

I am grateful for the class I just finished. It allowed me to test using my mind in a focused way, but with throttled intensity. I felt fulfilled without risking my stability. Now I can just enjoy the holidays.

I am grateful for the excellent smells in my kitchen at the moment. Sweet onions simmering in butter is one of the best smells.

I am grateful for my virtual appt with my new, distant cardiologist 3 days ago and working around technical challenges in the virtual meeting to have a productive appt.

Happy Thanksgiving to all!

I am greatful that our government is going to relax the covid rules a little for christmas so that families can enjoy it as normally as possible

while it doesn't affect me personally (no family), what a great thing to do- and what a nice sign of compassion

he also wrote to an 8 year old boy, reasuring him that santa can make his rounds as usual this year
my estimations of him are going up..
