I’ve accepted my diagnosis. It did take a couple of years to get to this point. I still struggle to not be defined by bipolar.
People talk about new doors opening when other doors close. Well I’m still waiting 5yrs post diagnosis for those other doors to open.

That's a long time to wait. Consider getting a pickaxe and making your own door.
