Not ridiculous. Makes perfect sense to me.

In physics what you are experiencing would be the effect of different forces pushing or pulling on you. The push or pull effect becomes uncomfortable when it is unbalanced. Right now your pull to be respected and heard is creating discomfort.

If we want to lessen the effect of a force we apply an opposite force. In your case, you'd need to feel respected and heard.

We hear you, but I feel this is not enough. We respect you, but I feel the same. You're needing a stronger opposite force and you probably desire that it comes from the people you know IRL.

Maybe it is time to shout until they listen. Maybe it is time to demand the respect you deserve. There are infinite ways to achieve this. You might have to get creative, but it is perhaps time to admit the current method isn't working.

You are worthy of respect and so much more. You deserve to be heard. Go out and take what you need Fuzzy. I know that isn't your way, but you cannot change unless you're willing to get a bit uncomfortable. Sometimes life gifts us with what we need, but the waiting process can feel like forever. Do you want to continue waiting, or are you ready to let out your ROAR?

You should be listened to, and not disrespected.

I bet it's not going to be easy to start feeling like you want to be yourself. I hope you can get there somehow, someday.
