I got a few hours , broken and I think I could have gotten more.. One of my dogs when he needs to go out will come tap my face so very very soft with his paw, I open my eyes and hes so damn cute I cant get upset when I wake up to a big fluffy furry face smiling at me..

I dont think Ill get any sleep tonight , just the way my current pattern is.. But that's okay I have like 27 episodes of ER to watch LOL

I know I dreamt last night but all I remember is waking up too early and my cat jumping up on the bed and sitting there waiting for me to take the pillow off my head. He's considerate that way. He knows I'm awake but waits for me to open my eyes before he attacks my hands wanting me to pet him. He's never woken me up but he always knows when I'm awake and comes to play no matter what time it is.

Sorry to hear you didn't get as much sleep as you'd like, but your dog sounds super cute.

Enjoy your ER episodes. How many have you watched in total? I know there are quite a few, but I've never watched the show.

- - -

Anyway, sleep today is all messed up. I was hoping to wake up early to go get my bike so I could ride it this weekend, but waking up early isn't going to happen. I was bummed until I realized it's going to snow all day tomorrow, so I can't really go biking in that kinda weather anyway. Then the day after will probably be really puddly and wet (possibly icy too), so that's not good either.

Gonna try to sleep in if I can, but sleep has been erratic lately. Been up since 4am and it's now about 9:30pm. It's gonna be a looooooong night.

He is yes. He learned during my years of pain never to jump on me, he waits at my feet until I pat my legs for him to jump up. He really impressed the physical therapists who came to my place after surgery. He also knows not to jump on anything in the kitchen. He's very trainable using treats.

The show was on for 15 years , I have watched the series 8-9 times, It never gets old.. My DVR is set to record every ER thats ever on.. Its my favorite show of all times, I love the high adrenline rush of it. But honestly if im ever out and someone needs a chest tube or a thoracatomy I can do it without a second thought

Im sorry sleep wasnt good for you.. Well hopefully you can go get your bike tomorrow to have it for when a good weather day happens

Thanks for asking, Christina. Last night and day were the continuation of a long string of sleepless nights/nap days.

Tonight I did get 3 solid hours - finally. I was starting to get worried about a manic episode coming on.

Many people believe that cats are not trainable. Absolutely not true. They just need to be trained gently and patiently.

Wow, that's a whole lot of ER!

Glad you have a cool show you can watch over and over and over again.

And yeah, I can still get my bike... but maybe not today. The snow is coming down kinda hard. Well, it's like a wet snow.

---

Anyway, slept from 10pm until 6am. Woke up like 4 times. Meh. IDK why my sleep sucks.

Had a restless night. Did fall asleep towards dawn. Dreamt my mum was frail, fragile and confused. We were at an Australian train depot. It was connected to a huge open air market. She was sad and confused because church was no more. She left her purse at a stall then her bible and another book at a different stall. I was picking up the things she left behind and trying to console her.

Slept for 3 or 4 hours tonight but now wide awake. I keep having anxiety about going to work. I did contact pdoc but he wasn't really helpful (which is unusual - usually he's spot-on). I may contact him again if this continues.

I have NO idea how this happened, but I slept from 3pm until 5:23am!!

Damn, almost 15 hours... I guess I am making up for lost sleep or something. lol.

I do not have much hope for sleeping tonight, which sucks because I have to bring my car to the dealer tomorrow for 7am. Guess I will klonopin myself tonight if worst comes to worst.

Last night was a toss and turn for me. I put my eye mask on to be completely in the dark but it made no difference. Sir laid by my side waiting, waiting for me to take my mask off and acknowledge that it was hopeless. He always knows!
