The cool insomnia club

Seafood was the main thing I recognized. Ha ha I couldn't tell you what I was looking at but most of it looked good. I don't feel bad for the graduates they get to tell the story of how they missed the walk for the rest of their lives. They will pull out that story everytime they want the grandkids to feel bad. " back in my day we didn't get a graduation ceremony....." instead of being one in a hundred other ceremonies their unique. I made bread twists this morning and there gone, nom nom yeah I'm stress eating too.

I'm afraid I may not sleep tonight on my own because I am really anxious, so I took two klonopins just to make sure I sleep. I don't want to be awake while I am very anxious. I'd rather sleep through it.

I got like 5 hours last night because I was tossing and turning (not due to anxiety though, unlike tonight).

I wouldn't mind taking a 3rd klonopin if the first 2 don't work... but I just took the klonopins about 15 mins ago.

Oh yeah that is true .. not only did they not have to finish the year but lots of are graduating that might not have grade wise ... Lucky for them LOL

Had horrible sleep last night. Way to hot to get comfortable. Finally had lucid dreams after 6 am. Was in a huge specialty store. They had cult favorites there and I tried on bright green trainers that went half way up the leg. They were part of a running space outfit. Then Sheldon was there and fighting me for a new Picard uniform. That had white trainers that went up the leg and an off white ones with sleeves from the 70's. The green trainers were just my size but not much room to move my toes the off white trainers were a half size larger but more expensive plus Sheldon was taking all the accessories. I was also looking around for toys for my granddaughter who's gonna be 3 soon and everything was so male-female marble games for boys and everything for girls was soft and pink. There was one game I was interested in the kids stand back to back with a pooch on the stomach and throws a marble back over their head and tries to get it in the others pooch. There was a big bin with discounted metal action figures and Sheldon and I were fighting over them.

I can never sleep when I am hot, Im miserable and quite Bytchy about it LOL

Well all I did was flip flop like a fish thrown on the deck.. Maybe tonight i'll get some .. One can hope

According to Fitbit, I got about 6 hours last night.

I slept well last night but don't recall any dreams. I had a fleeting memory of color, that was all.

I've been getting little segments of sleep. An hour or so here & there. But some is better than none, right? Wishing you all a restful sleep.

I had a cool dream after turning the AC on at 2:30am then finally falling asleep. I was at a B&B it was an old one, like Victorian. I met two other older ladies there and we were having a nice chat when I decided to go swimming but there was a bunch of preschoolers who dumped sand into the pool and were using dump trucks to move it around. Plus there was snow on the ground? So we all had a glass of white wine and laughed.

Ha ha no, the two ladies and me

I hadn't slept more than 3 hours in over 2 weeks......so I had ECT on Monday. I came home and slept from Noon on Monday until 7am on Tuesday.

I feel so much better. I slept about 6 hours last night as well - it might have been more but had to drive hubby to the ER. One of our cats bit him about a week ago and it got all infected and his temp was 102.4. They drained the infection and prescribed antibiotics so hopefully he feels better and I am still sleeping tonight.

Oh goodness... Yes that Temp is too high and needs attention asap. I hope will be able to heal up quickly

No sleep last night, I needed to go to Hellmart to pick up meds today but physically I just couldn't it was almost impossible to take the dogs to the pasture and then go get them. I have never in my life been this exhausted.. I literally fell into bed about 1pm and slept hard for 4-5 hours..
