When panic disorder exists simultaneously, how can one tell the episodes apart? Does one create the other in a cycle? How do you manage it unmedicated?

My panic attacks are racing heart, feeling of impending doom, sweating, feeling like I can't breathe, etc.., my manic and depressive episodes are entirely different things so it's easy for me to differentiate. I'm on medication for it but cognitive behavioral therapy is helpful for it and also mindfulness

I agree with Blue_Bird. My panic attacks are very different to my bipolar episodes.
