This is the worst feeling. Irritable, short tempered, anxious, restless, can’t stay still. I feel like crawling out of my skin. My brain won’t stop. Bad thoughts. Potential events. Outcomes of hypothetical events. Everything that I can’t control pi**es me off. Wind blowing. Drivers being stupid. Gravity.

I haven’t felt like this in a long time. I hope it goes away soon.

I am sorry you are struggling. I have been through this as well. It is awful. Have you contacted your psychiatrist, by chance? If not, you might want to do that, just in case she/he wants to make a med change. Sending you positive vibes and calm.

I haven't called my Pdoc. I usually try to deal myself, but It's to the point right now where I Self Harmed the other day. It's something I haven't done in ages and I'm glad it's sweater weather where I'm at. My meds usually keep things in check fairly well, but sometimes I guess breakouts happen. Thank you for your reply.

I really do know how you feel because I've been there so many times. Please call your pdoc. No reason to suffer through this more than you already have.

I agree with the others about contacting your pdoc. A PRN may be enough to prevent a worse episode happening. There’s nothing worse than seeing a mixed episode coming and being unable to prevent it

Mixed episodes are the worst.

I'm going to give my doc a call today, and take some Seroquel. Sometimes it helps and sometimes it just makes me sleep.

I’ve been taking Seroquel today and my mind hasn’t been racing. I’m better than I have been the past week. I feel like I’m wound up a little less tightly.

Thank you very much for asking.

Thank you all for the kind words and support. It's nice to have people who understand what you're going through.
