Yes I am doing much better. I had been getting sloppy with self care and didn’t notice it as soon as I should have.

Soon, I hope to be doing better. Have been switching up meds, no longer on lithium, it effected my thyroid up to 8  .... off of it now back down to 2.5 so am happy about that. Increasing my new tegretol doubled it to 400mg twice daily to combat this hypomania that I have been experiencing.I am running late to everything!!!!!! staying up too late at night, on the computer too much in the morning. was procrastinating about my paper work. thank goodness. I am caught up for the most part. geesh! I am thinking I will start up therapy again soon. I have some things that I need to work on...some ugly things.I am afraid to talk about them to anyone even jeff. thanks for asking! ((((((HUGS)))))) bizi
