I am so sorry you are feeling this way, HALLIEBETH. Do you have a prn you could maybe take, just to kind of take the edge off some of this a bit?

I get overwhlemed sometimes, too. And when I do, I find that I just have to stop my mind from its racing and breathe. Just let it all go. I can't control it. I can't control the world or anyone in it, including myself, including my own brain. So, sometimes, all I can do is breathe. And it helps me a lot. Sometimes, going for a walk can help or a bike ride or watching a good show or cooking. Something to get my mind on something else. Cleaning, even, helps me.

Sending you calm and peace. This will pass. I hope you feel better soon!!!!
