Sorry if I talk about food too much. It's a coping thing. Was just wondering what folks were planning on fixing or eating today. Anything special?

I found some swordfish at the store, so am baking that (I like fixing it that way because it seems to stay fairly moist). I have some colorful bell peppers and different color zucchs that I am going to just quickly stir fry in a little olive oil. Some basmati rice. And then, I am making these homemade croissants, which are totally out of my league, but am doing it anyway.

Share if you wish!!

Drove though a snow storm to get a ham dinner and the fix'ns with pumpkin pie. Of course it was to bring home and eat it here.

It's almost 4:30 pm on the east coast, but I have no idea. I was going to make a Czech dish, but I don't think I have it in me to make that dish. I then wanted to order from somewhere, but the places I had in mind are either closed today or closed until further notice, because of COVID 19. My mood has not been that good, lately. I wish dinner would just miraculously show up on my table. Hubby sure won't cook. It would be sad to eat hot dogs.

Made some fresh cheese pizza. Nothing else. I live by myself and do not feel like venturing out. Otherwise, I would probably buy some Indian food.

Had simply potatoes mashed garlic potatoes and a ham steak...everything microwaved in six minutes, you can’t ask for easier than that. Still very Eastery....

I am so sorry you are not feeling very well today, BirdDancer. When I don't have it in me to do anything, I often fall back on pizza...
I hope you feel better!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was gonna make ribs, baked beans, and vegetables but the ribs didn’t thaw in time to cook for dinner so I’ll have to have that tomorrow instead. So I ended up having pizza and making myself a mug brownie. You just put some ingredients into a mug, mix it up and microwave for 60 seconds and you have sort of a brownie cake thing as a result

Hubby wanted to order. Almost everything is closed. We ordered Chinese food online from the only one that is open in our area. It's not one of the better ones, so our fingers are crossed. We ordered a scallion pancake, Mu Shu Chicken, and Beef Dry Pot (which I'm not even sure what their version is).
