I’m home but still having issues. My anxiety is through the roof. I withdrew from my hard class. My boss says I need a release from my dr to work. I saw him this
Morning and he won’t release me yet. He said we’d check back Friday and maybe then.

I started partial hospitalization today. I cried all morning. I couldn’t help myself! I’m still depressed. My dr didn’t say much. Idk how long I’ll be in the php program. It’s 1-4 weeks usually

Im glad your in php I think the support is going to help you find long term stability. Its okay to still be feeling bad.. Most everyone wobbles when they first get out of IP
Let your Pdoc decide when your ready. You boss will simply have to wait.
You made the right decision to drop that class

Trying. I went to a pound class my childhood friend was teaching. She said we burned 900 calories in an hour.

I’m physically exhausted and just took a shower so maybe I’ll sleep. I haven’t slept in two days.
