It’s been awhile. I’ve spent more time at the hospital than at home this year. Just wanted to check in. Not sure if any of you remembers me.

Thanks guys. The hospital has helped temporarily but I’ve been stuck in a mixed episode for the last four months. He tried me on epival but it made my condition worse and I’m still trying to get it out of my system, brains zaps and all. I’m on a **** ton of diazepam right now for anxiety but that just makes me sleep all day. So yeah things could be better but it could also be worse I have many things to be thankful for.

I have diazepam for anxiety. I still have a lot of anxiety grrrrrr. I sometimes take a large dose and then I have to cut back. I wouldn't recommend that, The doctors here ''just leave us to get on with it''.. (how very helpful.. not...)

I'm on 10mg of diazepam 3 times a day. Is that a lot?

I use to be on it 10mg 3 times a day, I simple needed it then. As I felt better , more stable I cut back to twice a day and then I went down to 1 at night to help me sleep..

If your Doctor feels it will help then take, especially now with Corona virus.. Stay safe
