Part of what has made my day sub optimal is that I contributed to a thread on a topic which I usually try to avoid.
 It caused me to feel a lot of different things I would rather not feel. Maybe it was a mistake to say anything. I do not like making mistakes I usually find talking to be a stress reliever (or sometimes I do) but today.... also I am running very low on prn meds but that is a whole other issue and there isn't anything I can do about that without making things much worse for me and for Papa bear.

 I think all of use have gotten involved with threads here that we should have just stayed away. Dont beat yourself up.. I think its bedtime in your part of the forest....... Maybe settle into your comfy bed and let sleep soothe you
