Paranoia is rampant. I'm imagining things that seem very real, but I know they aren't. I'm having a lot of uncontrolled outbursts of all sorts of behavior. I'm very hyper sexual. I think I'm in trouble with the cops for something I did that was justified and didn't hurt anyone by making a phone call to a predatory business and saying only "you suck" then hanging up. My mind races constantly. I don't trust anyone right now. At least I've been sleeping, but I never feel rested. I feel like I'm cracking up

Sorry you are dealing with this--have you called your pdoc? If not, do that right now. Right now.
This stuff can get out of hand quickly. You don't want to have to deal with some criminal charges because you were symptomatic--take it from a leading expert on that matter. Please call. Good for you for reaching out. Oh--do you have a prn order for psychosis by chance? If so, I myself would take that. Sending you strength and support and hugs!! You'll make it!!!

I took a walk late last night. The river sounds are very soothing to me. I fell asleep for maybe an hour, sitting under a tree near the river, which is also close to my home. I got awakened when it rained but it felt good at the same time. I started getting very cold so I came in. I feel different today, but I'm not sure why or what changed. My head seems very clouded. My ankles were eaten up by some kind of bugs last night.

Please call your pdoc if you haven't yet already. It's really important to intervene ASAP or you will just keep spiraling. We all love you here and don't want to see anything bad happen to you
