The absolute most? Lying on my sofa in my living room under my alpaca blanket with a fire burning in the fireplace. I always tell my husband that that equals at least 400 mg extra Seroquel XR. If some relaxing music is added to the mix, it's yet another 200 mg extra Seroquel XR, in terms of putting me to sleep. That doesn't mean I can sleep there all night, though. Usually my husband eventually wakes me up to go to bed or I wake up on my own around 2 am and go to bed. We actually had a fire in the fireplace a few nights ago on a chilly night. I assume that will be the last fire until winter comes.

Sitting out in my back yard in the sun with some sparkling water and a steno pad to write in.

1) Yoga, which I am just trying to get started with again. And 2) green tea and my big chair.

Judo used to. I guess that counts as exercise in general, but its a LOT of cardio and "weights" pulling and pushing people around- not to mention throwing them! I wish I weren't on blood thinners though because I probably should not be thrown or come to think of it, the whole wrestling part of judo gets pretty intense. Anyway, I'd get a shower after judo and leave the Y all refreshed and clean and awake and happy.

A ride on forested mountain roads - especially now that we have reduced traffic on the roads.

Right now I'm in the middle of my fourth week of 60+ hours of work. I dont have much down time but using my herbal medication and listening to chillhop are my go to for relaxation lately.

The constant sound of a fan whirling!
I am listening to one right now an I am fighting to stay awake because I have lots to do before I call it a day.

Playing the piano and making half scale dollhouse furniture. It keeps me occupied and my mind busy with other thoughts.
