This happened on Friday and I don't I think it's a good thing.

An ex got back in touch we went out 10 years ago. He's now married and has been for 4 years. His life has done a 360 for the best and I'm genuinely happy for him. He added me as a friend on fb and then to messenger and messaged me. He put kisses at end of message I didn't reciprocate that. But I did say hello etc. I said congrats on the marriage and how long has it been etc.

He said he thought of me that night while watching Phantom Of The Opera.... no idea why I can't think.

I just don't have a memory before medicated what my life was like or what I was like back then

I think it’s a good thing that you did not reciprocate with the kisses on the end of the message. A former “boyfriend” of mine came around to our house less than a year after I had married Papa bear. Unannounced. He said how well and beautiful I was looking... and said “please come back to me” ..WTF

Please be careful. You do not know where some of these people have been

Yeah? I'm nothing special at all. Like I'm seriously not. I'm not a good looker or anything. Why would anyone want me. Its baffling me to no end.

Maybe I'm over thinking this he has a Wife for God sake he married her 4 years ago. Reading back on our messages last night I was so high at the time of us talking and going out we only lasted a month may I add. I don't recall how it ended there is no written proof ie on messenger.

He hasn't spoken since Friday night. Maybe it was a one off

Bern up all night and been writing and reading some and writing more.... got to get the memories out before I forget. Trying to remember 4 years of my life I have little knowledge in, in my early 20's. How can this happen?

I often try to remember life pre-bipolar but with an eye on anything that couldve been symptoms back then before diagnosis. Its not easy.

Please be kind to yourself.. We all forget stuff...

The harder that I try to remember something, the harder it is to remember... Sometimes, but not always, putting a gentle question to myself before I go to bed and letting go of it results in a memory coming back in a day or so. If the memory comes, that's great. If not, it is OK... Others also forget..
