Does anyone else get nightmares? Some are worse than others and cause panic attacks. I have been getting them on and off since the hospital 2 months ago. I don’t know why I am getting them now. Guess it is my brain trying to process some trauma. Last night was a bad one and I didn’t get much sleep.

Started risperdal in the hospital and that is when the nightmares started. But I am down from 6mg to 1mg but I guess it could still be it.
