No. Knock on wood. I have accidentally injured myself in other ways.

Do you like the banjo in music?

Yes, sometimes. The banjo was played during my paternal side's weekend jazz jam sessions. I also really like Steve Martin's banjo music.

Q: What is your favorite instrument? What is your favorite musical piece that features that instrument?

Love the saxophone my best friend at school played it in high school. She also played the pink panther theme tune which is amazing on the sax I can hear it now.

Question: If you could would you travel to a very cold place to see how you would cope? If not would you go to a very hot place? If so on either where would you go?

I guess my favorite would be the buttery crispy Ritz type crackers, or the same kind but are oval instead of round. I also enjoy water crackers or sesame crackers, especially when topped with some yummy stuff. Sometimes I also like Saltines (Nabisco?), especially if my stomach is amiss. Frankly, I try to stay away from crackers that I really like, because I'll just keep eating them until they're almost gone. I think right now we only have some Wheat Thins and Rosemary Triscuits. They're my husband's. I don't like them that much.

Q: What is your favorite snack food?
Thanks for this!

Oh my, I love Mexican food! I have since I was a little girl. That was like an exotic thing my mother used to make. She wasn't Mexican. It was just that things like tacos finally became popular starting in the 1970s. She didn't use hard shells, she took regular corn tortillas and then fried them into the shape of tacos. Then she got into chimichangas. [Yea, my mom liked it all, too.] As for me, I always have a love of tacos. There is a local Surf Taco that makes all kinds of good ones. I love enchiladas, quesadillas, and fajitas, too. I make all of them, fairly often. My husband likes burritos. I'm not as fond of them as the other things. I have also had more authentic other Mexican food at a Mexican restaurant downtown (there's a Mexican population). I like chicken mole, but not as much as the other things.

Are we now getting really hungry?

I love curry. Thai Green curry is my favorite. I've never had it truly authentic though, a regret that I hope to change one day.

What is your favorite vehicle that you have ever driven?

I took so long writing about Mexican food that I missed my chance. As for curry, I love all types of curry, but especially Indian and Thai curries. Not as much Chinese curries. I have been to Thailand. The food is great!

Q: See question in swimmingly's post above.

I was super depressed one day and decided to cheer myself up by buying a black BMW M3. A rocketship to the moon. 80 mph in second gear.

What do you think of the British Royals?

That when most people say they will be by your side forever, most, not all, but most, actually cannot pull that off--even if they thought they wished to.
