Usually, yes. I am a thirsty lady. Plus, I got used to drinking a lot of water from my Lithium days, when I had excessive thirst. Also, Lithium damaged my kidneys a bit. My nephrologist (kidney doctor) emphasizes how important drinking water is to maintain my current kidney functioning. Also, I overheat easily. Ice water helps ease/prevent that.

Q: What healthful thing do you do fairly well or consistently?

I usually get plenty of fiber because I like vegetables.

Favorite type of bear?

Um, grizzlies are super cute with that beautiful brown fur, or whatever you call it.

Have you ever eaten shark?

Nope,

Would you prefer to see a tank of fish swimming or have one on your plate?

Tank, for sure.

Do you like turtles?

I like them fine. I was once fishing in a canoe that I bought during mania. I looked down at my elbow and a snapping turtle was coming up near my elbow. Scariest turtle experience. So I like them as long as that doesn't happen. I've long since sold that canoe for much less its worth due to having to move quickly.

hats, though I never wear either.

longest you've gone without sleep?

Oh, man, dunno. Maybe 2 days or so. Mania. Was up for 36 hours every other night in residency, though. For three years or so.

Do you drink diet soda ever?

Ever? Yes. On rare occasions I like a Coke Zero or diet Coke, Coke Cherry Zero, diet ginger ale, or a diet root beer. Regular birch beer is also a treat (I can't find a diet birch beer). The root and birch beers remind me of my youth, when my mother made them homemade or we bought them from local soda makers. I can't even remember the last time I had a soda. Some months ago! I do drink flavored zero calorie seltzer a lot, which I don't regard as soda in the way I think you mean. They now have oodles of seltzer flavor options. It's become "the thing" in my area.

Q: What is something you do (or don't do) that most people do (or don't do)?

Act as though I'm still on lockdown even though my state is pretty open. And I'll be continuing to do so for the foreseeable future.

Oh, just white here.

alaska. I've always wanted to move to alaska for the cold weather.

BSL (British Sign Language) mostly

Question: Do you suffer from Restless Legs Syndrome? If so what helps to alleviate them?

is that easy to learn?. and where does your interest in that come from (I ask because so many would have said french, spanish, italian, what ever)

I used to know a woman who comunicated in sign language. she was completely non verbal, and though I didn't know sign language I somehow always knew what she needed.

I don't have restless leg syndrome.

Do you take any medicine to help you sleep?

BSL personally is hard to learn as if you don't use it you lose it. Plus I started properly learning from a guy I supported but he made his own signs up so I later found out. Its handy on nights out lol telling people who are far away from you what's going on etc.

Start with the alphabet as that's the easiest personally. BSL vowels are on your left hand. There are loads of people on youtube who do BSL. It's a handy thing to have tbh.
