third: like I say if I'm just going to shower for no reason (like no one's going to see me) who cares

and also the issue of my incontinence

I have good days and bad days, but the bad days are extremely bad (I could get in the shower, 5 minits later you'd not know I had one)

I only shower if their's a dam good reason too- and what is thought of as a dam good reason is usually going to see my therapist or some other person
and even then it's difficult to put myself through it.. but I have a thing: I don't want my therapist to smell me. I just don't. I want my therapist to think I always make an effert for her, and to be fair, I do a lot of the time

My hair is falling out in clumps again. I think thats a hypothyroid thing. Its also long and curly. It normally comes out in my brush but the clump was while I was washing/rinsing my hair.

Yes, washing my hair was one reason I hated showering but as soon as COVID-19 restrictions were lifted I got my hair cut short again so that's no longer a reason for me. I still find it hard to get motivated to shower.

My hair is past my shoulders now....has not been this long in a very long time.
Fantasying about getting it all cut off.
I have to use a clip baret, to hold my front area up so

It doesn't fall in my face when looking down to do my work.
my hair is too long to style it the way I was used to styling it.
I really liked my hair at my chin level.
jeff likes my hair longer but just wants me to be happy.
That is very sweet of him.

I hate feeling cold when I get out. Also, I don’t like wet hair.

I can't think of one reason why I might ''like'' that...

Me too. Even with my short hair, I really don't like having wet hair

I hate showers because the water droplets feel too invasive or intense, not sure how to describe it...
I've tried a softer spray setting on the shower head but no luck.
It just feels like the water is "hitting" me and makes me want to rub my skin raw to get rid of the feeling... So I try and avoid it and rather enjoy long bubble baths instead.
