Are you having regular appointments? I had to make a special appointment with pdoc for today and she didnt tell me to reschedule at the end of the appointment. We didnt get much solved today but then again I didnt have any pressing problems. She used to schedule me for 2 months out if everything seemed to be going ok.

Thankfully, my pdoc is just updating my medicine and checking in with me weekly right now and not charging me. I know she wants to see me again next month though but she may still be doing phone appts.

Nope.... every appt with the mental health team is a phone call lasting a max of 15 mins. Cause I can talk much in that time. Plus some aren't even communicating with me

No, same thing here. After my last couple phone appointments she didn't say when my call back day was or even how long it'd be until she wanted to talk to me next.
Thanks for this!

I have regular (1 to 2 week) appointments with my pdoc. Normally, I also do with my therapist, but she's been out sick for the past 3 sessions (not unusual for her and it's really annoying). I do, however, have therapy appointments booked out through August - if she decides to pop in to her office.

I continue to get telemed visits with my therapist every other week, like before. She brings up and we discuss the date and time for the next appt at the end of each appt. I am in one of her regular spots, so it is reserved for me at the present.

My new primary care provider through telemed is now managing my psych meds. She didn't tell me when to come back after the last visit, like she did on the previous visit. I set up an appt today that is 5 weeks after the last visit, though I was unsure if this was OK or not. No psychiatrist or psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner is available to me--I live in a "rural" area, where there is an abundance of therapists.

Best wishes to all!
