I've tried talking to my friend about it but she's ignoring my messages and when she did reply she wrote 'Sorry not been in contact I wish i had an excuse but I don't' what does that even mean. I feel i can't talk about it to the outside world

I am BP 1, and I used to be creative - art, writing (high school)

Now I haven’t created a thing in over 22 years. (age 21, 22 and up).

I was misdiagnosed over 10 yr with Major depressive disorder, then postpartum disorder, a tentative bipolar 2, then BP 1 after a psychotic break in my pdoc’s waiting room and office, lasting several hours (def. no sleep the night before). Guess it doesn’t make it easier than that for a pdoc to decide BP1 or BP 2.
