I yo yo up and down. Aug 1st is a new month for me will see how I do. Normally we go to the beech to celebrate our anniversary, because of covi19 We have not even discussed not going the month is flying by.I weighed myself this morning and I weighed 184
sigh I was in the 170's not that long ago. I can do it again. I need a one month hiatus from drinking to see if my tsh goes down. It has gone down in the past after a months abstaining. the last time it was drawn it was 5( I was drinking a lot) it should be under 4... .when I was on lithium it went up to 8..I did not want to kill my thyroid so I got off of it as soon as possible. when I diet I chew a lot of gum, drink lots of zevia natural sweetener stevia from the purple cone flower. I also found a really good nonalcoholic beer from heinikin0.0....other NA beers have .5%in each beer so if you drink alot then that can add up and trigger some one. I really like the way it tastes. bizi

You want to watch how many beers you have- those carbs add up.
I think I've gained a few pounds since I haven't been on a walk in weeks! My sleep schedule is out of whack. I can't go backward though! By the way I rarely drink because I have cihrrosis of the liver but my numbers are looking better lately so thats good.
