I've pretty reliably taken my medications during my trip. Only the first couple of days I missed my morning doses. I have taken them at slightly different and varying times, though. You do your best when there is no set routine.

It really is crucial that I take all of my medications during stressful times.

I have been going to bed a bit earlier than usual. That's probably for the best.
