This year has been bad. I am at my lowest state of depression in a long time. I think about snuffing it constantly. I feel like such a burden to my family as well as completely useless.

Yay!! The start of my favorite time of year. I love fall. (and also winter) It's so nice having the cool weather, the pretty autumn leaves, pumpkins, Halloween (I binge watch horror movies), hoodies, pumpkin spice coffee and everything. I'm excited

I love the fall colors and (hopefully) cooler temperatures. On the other hand, fall is usually a time when I experience a severe mixed state that turns my life upside-down. I'm hoping for better this year, since I've been mostly stable this summer on my current meds.
As for 2020...*sigh* It's been a rough year for everyone, I think. We really need to support each other because winter, with the holidays and shorter days (for those of us in North America) will be challenging during covid.

I’m hoping for cooler temperatures, too. Warm and sunny weather is nice but I don’t want it constantly, like it has been. I want some rain!

I love Fall but we don't get fall like weather here until sometime in October. Still 93 degrees today outside!
