SummerNightFalls88,

We're here when you're ready! I understand not being able to verbalize. You're fealing so much, and it would feel so good to get it out, but where do you find the words?

Just take one small step at a time and remember the first one's always the hardest. Nobody here will push you ... and nobody here will laugh at you or ridicule you. You don't need to be embarrassed about anything you might say here either.

Take a deep breath ... then another. You'll find friends here who will understand and try to help you, no matter what your problems might be.

((((((((Summer)))))))) Hang in there! I wish you a very happy and healthy New Year!

GoodMama

For summernightfalls,

A way to express yourself without getting too personal would be writing a poem at creative corner- you could write without even being able to DIRECTLY write what's really going on!! idk idk

I can relate. I just sat here for 15 min wanting to write a post, knowing what i wanted to talk about and then just went blank and confused. It felt like too much pressure to think and figure it out.

I hear ya. I normally have no clue how to say what I am feeling, it takes me a while to get started and after that I just let it out and hope it makes sense! I also don't have to worry about being judged here cuz I know we are all in the same boat, have somewhat the same issues and we know there is someone here that has gone through the same thing, and just looking for a shoulder or some words of wisdom, am I making sense??? Anyway, we are all here to listen and comfort or vent no matter how it comes out.-Jen
