I thought the bipolar chat was such a treat. I felt so comfortable dialoguing with others who have BD. Although on this thread I might have been referring to the T-giving day chat, I'm not sure. I think that was the chat you were at, CANDC?

I, too, went to the bipolar chat on Friday. I hadn't been to one before then. They said that was the first one, so maybe I haven't missed any. It was nice seeing you there, Beth!

It was really fun to see you there, too! Yes, that was the first bipolar chat. I think it's going to be regular, though. Also, somebody might be leading a bipolar chat earlier in the day so more people who are not in the U.S. can participate.

The next bipolar chat will be a week from today, we had to alternate every other Friday to accomodate the PTSD group chat. Hope to see you guys there!

The only way we could do it weekly is if we switched what day it happens.

We switched the day of the chat to Wednesdays at 7pm EST so we can do weekly

Still trying to figure out how we can accomodate people from the UK. My only thought is to have an unofficial meet up in the chat, as I can't guarantee an earlier time consistently.
