 Hi Fuzzy Dear! We have bears here in northern California. Are there bears in the UK? I'm pretty sure there aren't, but not positive

That's right, of course...I meant to say, "Besides you and Papa Bear"... There are black bears here in northern California. They live as close as 50 miles from me! But back in the mountains, so I wouldn't be likely to see one. We also have mountain lions. There used to be grizzly bears, too, but no one has seen one here for about 100 years because they were killed off  .
