Hi, I'm still alive! Yay!

It's been a busy year. Daughter got married a couple of months ago. She and son in law are fine. They've got plans and working towards them. I'm happy for, and proud of, them.

I've been doing a lot of sewing and chores. The latest thing is cooking gluten free, since my husband realized he has a gluten sensitivity. That was a major overhaul, but I'm slowly learning to adjust things. In fact it's helping me out as well. We're now in the middle of another overhaul for his health; replacing all the carpet since he's allergic to dust mites. It's a good thing I love him!

I'm doing okay MH wise. I had a brief hospitalization in March because of depression, but otherwise it's been good. The C thing is really bad here but we've been healthy (mainly because we don't go out much anyway, and we're careful).

Hope all who are hurting heal, and those who are well stay well. Lots of love.

Hi Fharriage, It's good to see you here. Yeah, that's a lot of adjustment for the hubby .

I'm glad you're doing well.

I can empathise with you and your hubby (I also have allergies including to dust mites. We still have our carpets here though)

So nice to hear from you, Fharraige! Thanks for checking in. Hope things continue to go well for you. Big dietary changes can be a challenge. I had to go dairy free awhile back. My sister has celiac disease. There are so many products these days. (Some great, some good, some gross, lol, but still, it wasn't that long ago things were much harder to find.) Good luck with all of that and wishing you continued good health.
