They all (irl) say I don't matter. This is what I was trained to do so when ALL the ''professionals'' do the same.... not particularly helpful.

I can definitely relate to what you wrote from past experience. At the moment I am not feeling that though. My memories of those feelings and thoughts are quite vivid though so my heart goes out to you. Who know what tomorrow will bring to you and what it will bring to me.
