I'm sure you're not alone. Can you do adblocker?

Maybe we seniors don't have to put up with ads...kinda like a senior discount?

Lol, wouldn't that be awesome?! On all sites. That said, I haven't seen any of these ads mentioned (and hope never to!). I am just on my iPhone, use Safari and don't use tapatalk. Just checked on my laptop. Also no ads. Again, Safari. I don't know if I have a blocker on either.

It is a shame, but everything seems to all be about money, anymore. Money, money, money! Especially in the USA.

I understand that ads are annoying. But this is an invaluable site and they deserve to have funds to run it. It’s free and mods/admin are volunteers.

The staff here are volunteers. The site is free. How do you expect them to financially run it ?

How is using advertising giving in. The staff are volunteers. The site is free. Do you know how much it costs to use the Vbulletin software and platform ? For a site with this much traffic it’s not cheap.

I definitely get that. I do wonder how PC was funded prior to Healthline taking over, though. All these years there were no ads.

I should clarify: there were only ads for that therapy service.

I don't know if this helps anyone else but I changed my theme (scroll down and there's a drop box) to spring and there are no ads. With other options I had ads.

AHA! Maybe that's why I don't see ads - I have my theme set to Black Smart because it's easier on my eyes.

And I have the teal theme. Anyhow, just throwing that out there, as people sort through the variations.
