I'm kinda needing some wise words on how to stop obsessing over people and being well a little bit stalkerish. I'm trying my hardest but the joys of modern day technology I am stuck in a loop.
How do you all if any of you that is deal with obsessions.... Ps my obsessions aren't just people they are over everything which I'm now struggling with |

Off the top of my head it would be good to spend some time alone thinking about boundaries and not infringing on others' boundaries even when we're at the liberty of social media connection all the time. It's easy to obsess about it, but also imagine how that person might feel about what you're doing. Stalkerish behaviour can be put to bed when you empathize with how that person would feel about what you're doing.

i agree with the wise and wonderful brackenbeard. it may even be a good idea to try to limit your daily use of social media if possible. Try to scale it down gradually however you feel comfortable about it. Try to use that time for yourself and to try out some new or old hobbies of yours. It may be worth trying. Please do try your best. Feel free to write here. You deserve to feel better. Sending many Safe, warm hugs to BOTH you, @Miss Laura, your Family, your Friends and ALL of your Loved Ones! Keep fighting and keep rocking NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS, OK?!
