WOO-HOO! Im so lucky to be basically ok, but I had lapsed into depression, sobbing when anything emotional was on TV or my audiobooks. I had two shoulder replacement surgeries to kill the time during covid, but I dont do well in isolation without my water aerobics and coffees out with friends.
Huge hugs to all of you!

Yeah, mum is excited too. She gets her second shot next week sometime. Only for her it’s seeing the grandkids, the great grandkids and the great-great grandkids! She’s 93. I’m too young to get the shot at 62 so I’m just going to be careful. The grandkids are growing up so fast! We plan to see them for Easter. I have baskets for them.

I think it is exciting that there are so many vaccines. Vaccinations are going too slow in the country where I'm living. I just want it already. I want as many people as possible to get them, so this pandemic can end already. Those who won't get the vaccination should be hoping others do. For their sake, not to mention everyone else's.

I received my second shot on the 24th of February. My soon too. My girls and my husband got their first shots. My mom and brother are nurses and are vaccinated. This is all wonderful because we rented a house in North Carolina for the summer.

Lovely post! Thank you! I had shoulder surgery a few years ago & was hurtin' for certain! The fact that you've managed so well through two shoulder replacements speaks volumes about you! It's easy for people to get laser-focused on how unwell & unhappy they are. Your "attitude of gratitude" is a breath of fresh air!
