Thanks for not calling me out. My post came off as snarky..."snark" has been an issue for me lately. You're right to point out that such days deal with awareness & education.

I don't personally celebrate it... its not like I'm going to eat cake and dress up in a fancy outfit.... but I do advocate for our cause and mental health in general on the 30th. I post online about bipolar the signs etc and where you can get help locally. So I guess I do celebrate it but not in any special way except to raise awareness
