I found some papers while I was cleaning out my files (discarded an entire file cabinet full of outdated material in order to store vital papers in a carry safe), a nice surprise.
DBSA has a Wellness Wheel that incorporates 7 aspects to work on to create personal balance in one's life. There is a nifty chart. It would be great to make notes on. It would be good to work on one or two at a time so as not to get overwhelmed-even put sticky notes over the ones you are not presently working on. Enjoy!

That is what is so challenging. Life just seems to keep creeping with all its mysteries, tho I am close to a recluse with moods bouncing all over the place.

I printed it out. Looking at it online helped realized I needed to make some changes to my occupation.
Thanks for this!
