Hi, Christina! Don't know what CBD is. But so glad you got a good night's sleep!!

Never tried it, I keep hearing that there’s so many people and sites are selling fake oil. But I’ve heard really good stuff about the real deal.

Slept pretty good last night. Dreamed about my aunt and hundreds of kitties. They were all solid black or grey like my guy. And there was something about them getting kitty napped and then we found them 100’s of them and I couldn’t find my guy amount all the cats!

I slept 4 hours total last night (including the gained hour).

I tried CBD oil but it didn't help too much. I'd like to try it again some day though.

It would have been a good night if it weren’t for the time change. I still have a awhile before I can get up. Plus my cold seems to have returned a bit. Or else I never was completely over it in the first place.

I only slept a few hours, & in & out, dozing, waking, dozing again & so forth until I've remained awake since around 1 AM.

Went to bed way too early. Went to bed at 11, but with time change it was really 10pm! Way too early. So fitful sleep and waking before the sun! Already finished with my daily morning glass of chai!

Dawn CBD oil is the part of Marijuana flower and seeds. You dont get a high from it. It's good for anxiety, sleep and can help with pain. We got some last year that is true oil. I havent taken it again altho I slept lousy last night I am worried I will build a tolerance. I dunno???

Hope everyone gets better sleep tonight !

I hadn't heard of this. Not sure if it's available here but I'll try anything that might help for sleep!

It got dark early, so I went to bed early (8pm) then I woke up at 1am. Seems like enough.

I went to bed at 5:30 or 6 I think. And I woke up about an hour ago. There’s still a long time before I can get up and there’s still hours before I can leave my house and go anywhere. I’m hungry and I feel like it’s legit hunger. It’s been about 14 hours since I last ate. I try to make it to 15 hours with these fasts and I don’t want to eat 400 calories at this time of day.

I slept for a while & woke up from a dream that faded away. I'm trying to not be tired now because I need to fix & eat some food.

I woke up at 1:30 despite meds. Nope I’m not sure what to do I feel groggy but I’m not sure I can go back to sleep. Having hours before I can get up or drink anything isn’t fun either.

Edit: I’ve been drifting in and out of sleep for anywhere from 5 minutes to 20 minutes at a times. It’s better then waking up super early I guess. Although it still is pretty early.

up since 2:30AM, currently 4:18AM. Got an appointment at 8AM and then 10:15AM. Then an all day affair grocery shopping with my mom. It's gonna be a long day. Wish me luck

Exactly how my night went last night, but I got a couple more hours in after I was up a couple hours. I hate waking up 1, 2, 3am, and having to wait seemingly forever for breakfast and meds (always at 7am). Hope you got some more sleep in too.

I’ve been getting some more sleep here and there but it’s still a couple of hours before I can get up and eat anything. Hopefully I get a bit more.

Had a fairly good night. Went. To sleep almost promptly after shutting my light off at 12:30am and slept until 7am. 6 1/2 hours! That’s pretty good. My dreams were disturbing, I was in a small group, I had headaches again and they took a huge bug out of my ear and sent me to have my vision tested. They gave me a paper to put up on the wall with the time stamped on it. My pdoc was leaving for the day and they gave me a tiny purple watch that was a text to contact two others. While I was sitting there I woke up.

I'm still doing the dozing/waking thing through the night, & feel almost zero energy right now.

Oh I hate that dozing waking thing, it’s exhausting.

There's times where I have hard times going to sleep. Than I end up sleeping during the day. So I'm trying to work on a better sleep schedule.

Fell asleep easily at 8:30/9-ish but I've been up since midnight.
