I tried a new sleeping med tonight. It’s called zzquil pure zzzs but the only ingredients are melatonin, camomile, and lavender. The bottle says it’s drug free. I took a couple, the directions say to take 2. So far I’m not feeling much different then the regular melatonin I would take. Which is slightly tired but not exhausted.
I hope it works. The regular melatonin didn’t work and unisom and Benadryl made me hungry. The only thing that I found that works really well for sleep is muscle relaxers but my doctor didn’t refill them. So this stuff is my next hope. __________________ Ridin' with Biden |

I slept ok last night. I was eating pizza Goldfish in my sleep though. That’s what I get for leaving the bag on my bed. I fell asleep at about 8 and I woke up around 5:15.

I realize that some of my meds cause sleepiness, but I'm not taking anything specifically for sleep (except occasional ZzzQuil), but my sleep has been better this summer than it has in many years. No idea why. The only problem is that it feels so good to sleep that it's difficult for me to stop counting the hours until bedtime. Kind-of pathetic.

Kinda live the reverse of childhood when I protest against bedtime. Now I look forward to it too. Ha ha

Now ?? hahahah She sleep every chance she gets.. She slept even better while up here....She laughs that shes 30 years old this month and her job starts at 6am and when she gets off work she goes home and flops in bed for a long nap.. She seldom ever has trouble sleeping. I am so happy that her Bipolar doesn't follow in my extreme insomnia. __________________ Helping others gets me out of my own head ~ |

I took 2 melatonin, an extra 80 Geodon, a Xanax, and a muscle relaxer and I still didn’t sleep good. Whatever. I can’t be crabby or else my mom will get upset. But she can be crabby and I’m just supposed to take it.

Do you take your Geodon with 500 calories of food? It doesn't work as well without. I just wondered if that might help your sleep issues. There are lots of references; here is one. Even with the increase in lithium, I haven't been sleeping anymore. Last night my mom said around midnight I was screaming. I don't remember that, but I do know I woke up wicked anxious around that time and have been up since. We live in a multi-family home and I really hope I'm not disturbing the neighbors because that's like the third time in the past week I've woken up screaming. I'm wondering if I should restart the prazosin.

I’m really trying to be well, so I’ll participate here too. I have to take seroquel at night to sleep. I really messed my brain up by using cannabis and it’s going to take me six months to recover. I missed church today due to not wanting to get up. I had a rough week at work, at home with my daughter and I’m titrating up on Wellbutrin and lamictal. I’m giving myself a break.

Sleep has been kind of iffy but I did just moved 18 hours away from my former home in order to leave a mentally abusive ex-husband so I'm giving myself some time to sort it all out and get used to my new home.

Last night wasn’t too bad. I fell asleep around 7 and the fireworks didn’t wake me up until 10. I stayed up for 1.5 hours. I fell back asleep and I thought I was going to get up at 3:30 But I fell back asleep for another 1.5 hours.
I had a dream that actually did happen but not quite that way. It was weird. __________________ Ridin' with Biden |
