I was here the other day and, as usual, I forgot what I came to say.
I was reading a while ago that amber lenses are good to ease your mind.

I tried my amber shooting glasses and did not do anything for me.
However, my eyes were so tired of screens, that I needed a solution.
This link goes to Amazon and the ugliest sunglasses you have ever seen.
I wouldn't be caught dead with them in the street.

After trying three pairs, I finally settle for this monstrosity.
These really work.
I have a retina situation with my left eye, and I was blaming the
bad job they did on me. (I have to go for the third laser operation).
It felt bad specially watching TV in bed. Not anymore.

Yes, they're butt ugly, but are very resistant to scratches and bad care.
You can wear 'em over your prescription glasses too.
The best part is the price. Less than 15 bucks. I bought three pairs.
