My dad's driving me home then flying home. I'm noticably anxious about being at a rest stop. I ate chicken today, go me.

That's a long drive. We actually just cancelled our vacation with a 12 hour drive in part because we didn't want to use rest stops.

Dx: Bipolar type 1 Psych Medications: * Tegretol XR (carbamazepine ER) 800 mg * Lamictal (lamotrigine) 150 mg * Seroquel XR (quetiapine ER) 500 mg I also take meds for blood pressure, cholesterol, and tachycardia. |
