Soooo it’s 2am and my alarm goes off at 5am and I can’t sleep. I found an ant on my pillow. ?? Was it real? Idk.
But as I was laying I just heard a woman crying. I know it’s not my granny bc she’s downstairs and I’m alone. Really freaking me out. Hoping that the risperdal increase last week will maybe settle some of this. At this point should I even bother trying to freaking sleep?!

Dx: Bipolar type 1 Psych Medications: * Tegretol XR (carbamazepine ER) 800 mg * Lamictal (lamotrigine) 150 mg * Seroquel XR (quetiapine ER) 500 mg I also take meds for blood pressure, cholesterol, and tachycardia. |

Yeah...but if caffeine acts as a stimulant for you it may increase your psychosis, you know that.

I’m not in psychosis plus I had to consume caffeine . I had to get up at 5 am to work 7a-3p today

Going hard on 3 hours sleep. i dont know how im gonna get through school. i can barely get through today. my stomach is killing me. im anxious and i have cold chills. why did i think i could do this. omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg

I have spoken to friends and rested today and I feel much better,
i saw upwards of 60 white vehicles on my way to college tonight. i first saw 7 white cars and it means good things will happen!
