Well **** off, let it. Only reason she didn't is because last time she did was an extremely traumatic experience and she doesn't want to do that to me again and make me come home more suicidal.

Does the Zzzquil help with sleep? I'm running low on benzos...

Well I took a pretty massive amount of Zzzquil but I got about 11 hours of sleep. If I take the recommended dosage it doesn't help too much but it's better than nothing.
Thanks for understanding, Fuzzy. My goal is to never step foot in another hospital. I truly believe I have PTSD from the "Behavioral Health Unit"
