I’ve been mixed recently. It had been a long time since I had one of these and even though it was a minor one, mixed episodes are hellacious. This time I was smart enough to call my pdoc and she put me on some Gabapentin, which can be used off-label as an anti-anxiety med and a mild mood stabilizer. So far it’s been a good addition to my med regimen and I feel more stable now.

Glad to hear you’re more stable. I’ve had 2 different episodes of mixed episodes in the past and man it’s a b*****

I’m glad the new med regime is okay 👍
