I made my therapist cry. I didn’t mean to and it’s not the first time. He’s told me how my childhood makes him sad and how much of a fighter I am to be functioning at all. Today my abuse came up and I noticed his face was flushed and he was tearing up so I asked are you ok? He said your trauma just makes
Me sad is all. This has happened three times over the years. Today we were mostly talking about my ocd stuff and how it came about as a child living in fear for my life for ten years. Makes me feel sad

My therapist cries, not infrequently. I suppose they tend to be sensitive people, if they're working in that field.
