I got 5 broken hours last night which is a lot more than I've had in a while but still clearly not enough for me.

Put a 6 inch foam topper on my bed, that helped make it softer but hotter 🥵 so 50 of one and half of another! I don’t know how much sleep I got, it was a series of wakings and back to the same dream. But confusing and messed up

I also don't know how many total hours I actually did sleep. But I do know that I did sleep & dream. I feel really tired.

I tried the edibles again. This time two of them. Was slightly buzzed but didn’t help me sleep better. Oh well. I’ll try one more time before calling it a loss, but hopes aren’t high.

I had another 11 hour night sleep. I have to do a sleep apnea test so I'm hoping my sleep goes as smoothly with all the wires and stuff.

My sleep was ok but it was interrupted. I fell asleep at 6:30 and then I woke up once at 8:30 but I got back to sleep immediatly. Then I was up from 9 something until 10:30. I know I slept until 5:15 but I kept waking up for a few seconds at a time which I guess I normally do I just don't realize it. I'm just glad I wasn't up for good at midnight like I used to do. So they were able to get enough information for the study.

Seems like no matter what time I go to bed I'm up at 4am. Last I remember checking the time was 1:37am so I got ~2.5 hours at most. I'm so tired it's ridiculous.

I've been up since 12:30. I think it was the coffee and lack of real food I had. Its better that the sleep issue happened last night and not the night of the sleep study though.

Didn't really get to sleep until 4am. Slept about three hours. I've still got the PRNs my Psych NP sent my way. Hopefully, I won't need them, but at least I've got them!

Had a cool wonderland dream. I was attending a convention and we were spilt into teams to solve mysteries and puzzles. Just as I woke up they were showing us the solutions! Oh, for just 5 more minutes of sleep so I could have seen the solution

Still up and not the least bit tired. Does anybody else's teeth hurt when they don't sleep well for a while?

Yeah, I asked my pdoc if that was normal a couple years back and he hadn't heard that either but I swear it's a thing.

Yeah my teeth hurt from clenching them due to stress and it can get worse the more stressed I am and sleep plays a big part in that. Ask your dentist.

Last night I fell asleep at 5:30. I woke up at 1. I planned on getting up at 5:30 but then at 5 I turned on Michael Jacksons Man In The Mirror and fell asleep from 5 until right before 6. So I still feel tired but not as bad with that hour of sleep.

I also clench my teeth. I try not to. I get the sore jaw, underneath the teeth.

I did sleep & had a dream that was like a movie. But I awoke way too early again.

I grind my teeth something fierce when I’m getting little to no sleep.

Hope it eases for you !
