I'm sleeping 0-4 hours a night, been a bit too impulsive with the drugs/alcohol (but nothing super wild like whenever tf I did that meth binge), and hypersexual. I'm okay with telling her I'm not sleeping, but idk how she'll react to "my mind is super loud and fast and chaotic so I've been drinking and using opiates and also I can't control myself and my boyfriend is a d**k so I cheated on him."
I don't even feel manic this is just my normal now.

Hi MuddyBoots. I don't think that I, personally, would ever tell any of that to a full stranger. Not even anything about sleep issues. None of their business. It would all depend on who the person was to me and if some level of explanation was helpful in improving the relationship, or my situation in general. For example, if a boss was upset that I acted very inappropriately, or if a friend was stood up by me because of all of this, or the like. And even they need not know full details unless things are nearly boiling over, so to speak. If this person is a love interest, eventually they should know about your mental illness and your struggles with abuse (past or continuing present), but even that should wait until you are beyond calling them a "stranger", I would think.
People also need not tell their "full stories" or even part of them to other members of a support group or NA/AA. You can just spend the time listening, until and unless you're ready to share. Certainly I would tell all of this to your psychiatrist and therapist. Them being uninformed is a detriment to a treatment strategy. And they should have already heard it all in the past.

I should probably mention the "stranger" is my new pdoc. Forgot to mention that whoops
**** it I'm just not gonna mention it she's probably a serial killer anyways. That's the kind of people that go into the line of work. Maybe I should skip the appointment so she doesn't keep me on a med I'm allergic too.

So she (MY NEW PSYCHIATRIST) asked directly about substance use and I was honest, and I told her about the other stuff too, she just wanted me to half what I've been drinking/using (which I was surprised she didn't lecture me on stopping).
