****ing crawling bugs on me. They’re not real I tell myself but I feel them and it’s very real. I see my new pdoc dec27. My old one has now left the state for Ohio. Ugh. I wish I never had to go without my meds this has been getting worse since thanksgiving. I’m broke.
So much for a good weekend bc relatives who bully me are coming in. I can’t tell anybody about the bugs.

I'm so sorry. Hopefully they go away. Have you tried a hot shower.

Yea I’ve been cleaning and scrubbing my shower. Then I took a hot shower. Then I lathered on lotion.

I've had the "bugs" before and it's truly awful. I hope they go away for you soon.

No bugs today. Feel exhausted. Panic isn’t as amplified today. Not in the mood to really be around people. Just wanna be alone
