I am slowly recovering the ability to wake up / get up at fairly reasonable hours. Tomorrow I will try to make a 9AM meeting from home to see if this is a viable proposition. This morning I was up at 8:44 AM but that it not enough time to start a workday at 9 and continue for the whole day. Maybe if I get up at 8. And even then, only if I work from home as much more time is needed to prep for and leave for work and commute if I work from the office, even though my commute is short.

I still seem to require 11 hours in bed, at least. It is not straightforward to have a high pressure job with such sleep requirements. But at least it is no longer 14 hours in bed which was the case not long ago.

Meds-wise, I have raised Latuda to 100 mg and the pdoc and I decided to stop raising it for now since there was a risk I would flip from depression into hypomania. right now I seem to be at a reasonably level mood.

If I am able to return to work, then in mid-February I will go on a short company trip to Vegas. I am not a fan of Vegas but I do look forward to seeing so many out-of-town (remote) team members in person. Most of them I last saw in March 2022.
