new month, time to evaluate how things are going in my life.
I am way behind in my business paperwork.

I have been avoiding it and it doesn't go away.

I need some determination to do some of it.
I have been busy.I plug a bit on it but then

I get on the computer and that draws me into the face book.
need to take a stand against this procrastination.
Tomorrow I will do better, and you can help with accountability.
thanks

yesterday I got a little organizing done. then today I wrote up my daily calendar with transferring from the monthly calender to the daily calendar.
Glad to get it done. Hubby is leaving town next week for a guys only trip to colorado for a few days. The cabin is high up 6,500feet hubby has a hard time breathing when they hike.
there are a lot of brewery's .They have a good tine. So this gives me some time to do some more paper work.
thanks for your support!

Hey Bizi,
You will get caught up you always do. I found the room. It seems weird. I will fall back down in the count to probably two or three. I was so high.

But I'm glad I found the room. TO sore to talk much tonight.

We went to a lovely wedding yesterday at 4pm.
Her dress was beautiful!

The brides maids some of them wore pants,
that was different. The reception was at the same church off to the side of the sanctuary. The priest knew them from being youngsters. They grew up together. Jeff picked out a lovely Waterford crystal frame it was beautiful.
That is what we gave to her dad for their wedding gift. katherine and paul were married a few months ago.

My weight has been jumping around how much I eat and drink.
I have not lost any weight looking at the averages.5 pounds down then up.
I know what I need to do.

Hi bizi. This must be the new place to be. By to 15 years on neurotalk. It feels strange to leave neurotalk. Have you heard from mari? Does she know about the change. Hi Bobbi and Donna. BF

dear friend,
The neurological/medical forums are still up and running and will continue to be for now. I don't know whether or not if jomar and chemer will come to these new forums.
you can always ask them.
I wonder if there will be a link to these forums posted at neurotalk once they are closed.
(((((HUGS)))))
Doc John is here still, I think. This used to be called psych central.

Today started off great. me sleeping in until 10;30
I love to sleep.Getting ready to go to bed soon.
Did some filing for work. ate lunch at the diner we like every sunday.
Had my usual BELT bacon egg lettuce and tomato
on rye bread with a side of brocolli.
They are so friendly it seems like a good place to work.
jeff had roast beef with beets and green beans and mashed potatoes.
He said it was good.
Even though it wasn't that long a go I have a suspicious looking raised
area on my chest it is the size of a lentil bean. I don't think it was there when I was examined for suspicious looking areas with full body scan.

So back to the dermatologist. I will call when their office is open again tuesday. We went to the tap room and had a few drinks.
I love their green zebra beer/sour.
Then we went to dinner at the new brewery in town.
It is called the adopted dog. We both had an italian sandwhich.
It was very good. Came home and watched 2 episodes
of MASH. We have sure enjoyed watching the dvd's. I think we are on season
5, so we are not even half way thru the 11 seasons.

now I am getting ready for bed.Thank you for asking about me. I hope you are doing well

This is my 3rd day alcohol free. I really don't want to focus on numbers but my weight is already going down. 185 This morning I have a feeling that I might be able to really lose some of this weight gain. These partakes that

I have been drinking are low calorie and have 15 calories per can.
Just switching from fattening beers to these partakes I will lose weight.

I made a mistake and cut too close to the pit of 2 mangos. I am allergic to the fibers close to the pit. I cut up 2 small mangoes and they were delicious.
but now my lips are sensitive and irritated and kind of painful.
For dinner tonight my husband made tuna fish salad and cut open a big

creole tomato. And I ate the whole thing. Its acidity made my lips all the more sensitive.
should I use something on them to help them heal.?
help!!!!!

Good morning all!
I have mango mouth. It is an allergic reaction to eating mangos too close to the skin or pit. My lips are swollen. I am using aquaphor on them from a friends suggestion. It is my stupid fault I ate right off of the pitt. this has happened once before when I mistakenly did that. lesson learned the hard way.

We leave for our vacation on this sunday. I filled up my pill boxes so that is done, that takes a while to do. I filed my roladex cards putting them in the prospective groups. I need to do a deposit and do some billing tonight both of which take a while to do especially the billing part.

My dieting has been hovering around 186-189 for months. Now that I am not drinking alcohol the weight should come off more quickly, was 185.1 this morning. It was 184 the day before. I drink 1-3 partakes at night for the taste of sparkling beer that is non alcohol free and low calorie. I like them.

I need to go have a client who lives further away. So I need to go. thanks for reading my post. bizi

Hope your allergic reaction will calm down soon! It is good to hear that your have filled your pill boxes before your vacation. That takes it's time. Hope you get done all the rest you have to do before your vacation at next Sunday. I have already had my vacation, as you probably know, so the summer will be long, but not draining. I have family members living near the seaside only 1 hour away, so if the weather is good, I can look forward to some extra good days in the sun as well!
