I am so tired,
it is only 9;37 here and I want to go to bed.
The house is an absolute mess. hate it.
There is even a gin making kit that was for jeff from LAST year in the living room. I did not feel like doing christmas this year. normally I decorate the tree.
we have two trees and only one up with a few bulbs on it.
I am becoming less mobile. I tried getting on the floor and laying on my back to do 6 simple exercises. Just laying on the floor hurt my upper back.all of the exercises and on your back. hubby said I used to do them on my bed.
So I will try them on my bed.
Jeff got me a tens unit for my back you are supposed to attach it to a jel cushion with is very sticky, attach the unit to the middle of the jel cushion and turn it on and turn a hand held remote on and this starts the shocks I am supposed to turn it up until I can't stand it any more.
and be like this for 25 minutes. Shock for 4 seconds then rest for 10 seconds. I am on level 7.This is supposed to cure the pain and it will take up to 12 weeks to see any benefit.
anyway,
I forgot to pay self employment taxes they will be late I will have some sort of penalty for my tardiness.

Have been busy and turning down people. Especially if they are far away.
So it is hard keeping tract of my waiting list and calling different people and some need doctors orders some are old clients so they don't need orders.

That's plenty on your "to do" list.

Before I ended up having surgery for my achilles I went to physical therapy. They used that machine that sends out small electrical shocks and heated up. Unfortunately, it didn't help the pain, but that was because I waited far too long to seek medical help. I didn't know they could be used at home. That's great!

Take care of yourself, bizy bizi

Thank you christina!
I appreciate your input, I really do.
I think that the exercises will help the most.
my pain is in my upper back and this says it is for the lower back.
now just to do the exercises. the bed is still covered
with clothes and suit case from our christmas trip
to northern indiana.
my mother fell again, she broke her ball of the shoulder.

She had replacement surgery 3 weeks ago and is on a
cruise now with my dad going thru the panama canal.
The doctors said she could go on the cruise. so away they went.

Awesome!! According to the Kabbalah (mystical Judaism) the number 13 is a blessed number, very good luck. I'm so happy you weren't badly hurt, and that you're getting a new car!

I am getting used to a new car. lots of fancy settings that I don't understand, but will learn as I drive along. It even has a mode that will keep you driving straight hubby tried hands free driving and went about 30 seconds with his hands off of the steering wheel, then a sign flashed that he need to put his hands on the steering wheel.
interesting. like a car that drives itself. not sure how he got this function to work. I don't have enough confidence yet to figure out this.

Yes, you'll figure things out as you go along, and as you need them. If there are buttons or whatever on my car and I don't need them I just ignore that they're there, lol.
