Feeling Anxious. Don’t know why….

I’m feeling paranoid and anxious. Don’t know why. It feels horrible. I’ve got Klonopin but it’s prescribed for once a day. It had been twice a day which is why I have some extras. Should I take one now or just tough out the next 3 hours until my normal dose?

I had an interesting conversation last night with a friend of 20 years who is a social worker slash therapist. We discussed my psychotic episodes before I was diagnosed, including when I had post partum psychosis. I described them to him and he was a good listener.

Maybe remembering those episodes has triggered me???

Should I call the after hours number at my pdoc’s office? Or dig out my coping skills? Or, or, or? These psychotic episodes really got me! 😳🤔 I’m feeling out of control. Feeling antsy. Feeling scared. Fearing having to get through the night. So many hours….! My family just brushes my feelings off or try to rationalize them away.

Take the Klonopin. Tomorrow will be another day when you can use the coping skills.

I’m out with my friend (female) having coffee. She’s been telling me all her adventures in looking for a sugar daddy online. Quite entertaining! So this has been distracting. I never took that extra Klonopin because it was too close to the time for, my normal dose.

I did get to sleep but then yesterday afternoon I was suddenly very tired at 6:00 so I set my alarm for 9 when I normally take my night meds and fell asleep. I woke up at 9 and took my meds and then slept until 5-something which would’ve been a good time to get up but Oohno! I had to go back to sleep and doze off and on until noon! Then I got up and went to Arby’s and the grocery store and finally the tire place to get my tires topped off with air.

No I didn’t tell my friend anything. We mostly talked about her dating life the whole time. She knows that I have bipolar disorder yes and she’s great with that.

So now I’m home and I’m going to take Klonopin at 9 as usual and hope I can get to sleep. It would be terrible to be up all night because I slept DOUBLE last night!

How much older than her does she want her sought sugar daddy to be? Roughly?

Any age? She’s already 56.

Oh. I see. Well, she can easily shoot for someone 20 years older than her still.
